I saw fire ignite his heart!

I believe the very title of this report testifies to the greatness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ. If I had to choose one word to summarize this evangelistic event, I would say: Glorious! For me, God reveals Himself in the details. As with every event, the Holy Spirit was in control of everything. Despite the inner struggles I was going through — which, I believe, touched each one of us a little — the Lord Himself comforted me and gave me this incomparable peace.
I especially appreciated the morning prayer times, as well as the teachings and the dancing in the afternoon. Speaking of the dances, they really sparked a lot of enthusiasm and joy among the audience. More and more people gathered around us. Thanks to them, and to God, for their hearts and courage to express their love for Jesus.
I like to say, as with every Espérance event, that we are advancing from glory to glory with the Holy Spirit. I was happy and grateful to see that God had enabled us to prepare well beforehand. When we choose to trust not what we see, but what God asks us to believe, everything changes. It is truly at that moment that the power of the Holy Spirit manifests.
Thank you, Lord, because You allowed us to experience wonderful moments together — proclaiming Your Word, singing, dancing for You. You are good: several times I thought it would rain, but You held back the rain so that Your good news could be announced. Thank you, Lord.
I would also like to share an encounter that touched me deeply. Just after my time of proclamation, I noticed a man looking at me intently, without daring to come closer. So I approached him and started a conversation, asking him what the message had stirred in him. He was on the verge of tears. At that moment, I received a vision: his heart was inflamed by a fire descending from heaven that would not go out. I shared this vision and what I felt with him. I sensed that God wanted to meet him right then. I asked if I could pray for him. He agreed. His face shone with joy; he felt a fire within him. I asked if he wanted to accept Jesus as his Lord and Savior. He did, and I truly give thanks to God.
We exchanged contacts, and he wishes to come to church to continue walking with the Lord. Hallelujah! Simply: thank You, Lord, for all these souls and this beautiful event. May all the glory be Yours!
God heals at Place Kleber !

truly thank the Lord for what He did on the 26th.
We had prepared extensively through spiritual warfare, prayer, and fasting, and God truly answered. During one of the proclamations, I saw a lady raise her hand during the prayer of salvation. I went to her, and in truth, she was already a Christian and had already accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior. I asked her if she was experiencing any pain. She told me yes, she was suffering from stomach aches. I then laid hands on her and prayed for her.
Before the 26th, I had already laid hands on other people, but the Lord had not yet brought instant healing. At the end of my prayer, I didn’t have the faith to ask her if she had felt anything, because I think the enemy tried to make me doubt the power of Jesus.
But without me asking anything, the lady told me that she felt her stomach stir, move, as if the pain had left and was replaced by health. At that moment, I thanked Jesus and promised never to doubt again what He can do. The Lord heals whom He wants, when He wants, and according to His perfect will.
He healed this lady, and I thank Him for using me for that. I give thanks to God because I was able to proclaim the Gospel before about thirty people, but especially before my parents.
It was the first time they saw me do this, and I was very proud that they could see me serving the Lord.
With my husband, we are leaving on a mission the day after the evangelization. This day truly boosted us for our mission in Senegal.
We needed to live through these moments to be truly ready to go. So thank you, Jesus, because You do everything according to Your will.
God doesn’t send qualified people; He qualifies the people He sends.

I’m writing to you, as planned, the report of this evangelization day.
I came to this evangelization day to dance after Manon invited me to join her and the other dancers. I accepted right away, even though I didn’t really know what it would involve, but I truly felt that I had to respond to this call. I was so afraid of messing up my steps or forgetting the choreography and having people laugh at me. Some girls and I even joked about wearing a hood (of course, that was just in humor). Yet while dancing, it felt so natural and fluid, as if these were no longer choreographed moves memorized by heart but the expression of my body in worship.
Since I gave my life to Jesus, I love sharing the gospel, but it has always been within friendly or family settings. I’m not used to talking about Jesus to strangers. When I arrived at Place Kléber, I was a bit afraid because of the crowd, but as soon as the worship started to play, I went quite easily to some people, and people also came to me. It felt so natural and spontaneous, and even though I felt like I didn’t explain the message of the cross well enough, I know that God can really use the simplest words to touch hearts. I took the contact of two young women, and I’m looking forward to having coffee with them.
I’m not a dancer, I’ve never taken lessons, and sometimes I’m not in rhythm. I’m not a trained, professional street evangelist. However, I know I am a child of God. He didn’t call me for my qualifications, but He qualified me today to take part in the advancement of His kingdom.
Thank you for all the organization, logistics, and administration.
See you soon,
Lauren
